1. Our Commitment to Compliance

2. Seller Verification & Responsibilities

a. Seller Agreement

All vendors must agree to our Seller Terms & Conditions, which require that they:

• Upload only original content or content they have legal rights to sell
• Accurately describe their products
• Clearly define license types (personal, commercial, extended)
• Do not submit pirated, stolen, AI-cloned, or misleading content

b. Ownership Declaration

Each seller certifies that:

• They are the original creator of the content OR
• They hold valid resale/distribution rights with proof (license agreements, certificates)

Sellers who violate this will be banned, and products will be removed immediately.

3. Product Review & Moderation

We manually and/or automatically review all digital goods for:

• Quality standards
• File validity and completeness
• Proper licensing statements
• Suspicious or duplicate content
• Use of AI-generated or stock content without proper disclosure

⚠️ Note: Suspicious or flagged products are reviewed and suspended if necessary.

4. Licensing Clarity

All digital products on Mega Dukanam must include:

• A clearly defined license (e.g., personal, commercial, extended use)
• A license file or documentation within the download package
• License summary on the product page for transparency

Buyers are responsible for complying with the stated license terms.

5. Prohibited Products

The following are strictly not allowed on our platform:

• Unlicensed or pirated software, music, or books
• Repurposed or rebranded content from other marketplaces
• Products that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
• Resold digital items without resale rights
• Free items repackaged for sale

We actively monitor for these violations and will remove offending listings and ban sellers.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe a product infringes on your copyrights or has been uploaded without authorization:

7. Buyer Protection

If sellers use AI-generated content or stock elements:

• Sellers must hold proper usage rights
• AI-generated content must meet originality and ethical standards
