Seller Terms & Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor on Mega Dukanam. By registering as a seller, uploading content, or using our platform to distribute digital goods, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility to Sell

To sell products on Mega Dukanam, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Own the rights to the content you’re uploading or be authorized to distribute it
• Maintain an active and verified seller account
• Accept and comply with all platform policies (Refund Policy, Licensing, etc.)

2. Product Submission Guidelines

All products submitted must:

• Be original or legally licensed
• Be high-quality and complete (no broken files or missing elements)
• Include clear product descriptions, tags, preview images, and license terms
• Include a License.txt file outlining usage rights

Prohibited content includes:

• Pirated or illegally sourced material
• Resale of free/open-source files without value addition
• Infringing, harmful, or offensive material
• AI-generated content without disclosure or permission

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any product that does not meet our standards or violates these terms.

3. Pricing & Commission

• Sellers set the base price of their products.
• Mega Dukanam charges a platform commission of [X%] per sale (you can set this as needed).
• Final pricing may include platform promotions, taxes, or handling fees.
• Sellers must agree to occasional platform-wide discounts or offers unless opted out via settings.

4. Payouts

• Earnings are available after a [7–14 day clearance period] from the date of purchase (for refund eligibility).
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹[Insert Amount]
• Payouts are made via [UPI, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.]
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and updating them as needed.
• All payouts are processed monthly (or as per your store schedule).

5. Taxes

• You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable income tax, GST, or VAT in your country or region.
• Mega Dukanam does not withhold taxes unless required by law.
• A GSTIN (if applicable) should be submitted by Indian sellers for compliance.

6. Prohibited Seller Behavior

You may not:

• Upload content you don’t own or have rights to
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or download statistics
• Mislead customers with false product descriptions or previews
• Resell Mega Dukanam products on other marketplaces
• Contact customers outside the platform to solicit business or redirect them

Violation of any of the above may result in:

• Product removal
• Account suspension
• Forfeiture of unpaid earnings
• Legal action, if applicable

7. Licensing Responsibility

Sellers must:

• Specify whether the product is licensed for personal, commercial, or extended use
• Include licensing information clearly on the product page
• Provide a License.txt file with each product
• Respect the buyer’s license terms once sold

8. Refunds & Disputes

• Mega Dukanam has a platform-wide Refund Policy that applies to all sellers.
• Refunds may be issued to buyers due to duplicate purchases, corrupted files, or unauthorized charges.
• Refunds affect seller earnings and may be deducted from the next payout.

Tip: Respond promptly to support tickets and resolve issues with buyers professionally to reduce refund requests.

9. Ownership & Rights

• You retain full ownership of the content you upload.
• By listing a product, you grant Mega Dukanam a non-exclusive license to:
  • Display, market, and distribute your product
  • Modify content (images, descriptions) for marketing or SEO purposes
  • Offer discounts or bundles (with notification)

We will never sell or sublicense your content outside of the platform.

10. Product Support

You are encouraged to:

• Respond to customer questions or complaints in a timely manner
• Provide updated versions of products (if applicable)
• Keep your product listings updated and accurate

11. Termination & Removal

Mega Dukanam may:

• Remove any product that violates these terms or receives multiple complaints
• Suspend or permanently terminate seller accounts for repeated or severe violations
• Withhold earnings for fraudulent or unethical behavior

You may also choose to:

• Remove your own products
• Close your seller account by submitting a request
