Every product sold on Mega Dukanam comes with a clear license that defines how you may use the digital files. This guide helps you understand your rights and responsibilities when buying or selling on our platform.

1. What Is a Digital Product License?

A license is a legal agreement between the product creator (seller) and the buyer (you). It outlines:

• How the product can be used
• Where it can be used (personal or commercial)
• Limitations (what you cannot do)
• Whether attribution is required

2. Types of Licenses on Mega Dukanam

Mega Dukanam supports the following license types. Each product will clearly state which one applies.

a. Personal Use License

Allowed:

• Use the product in personal, non-commercial projects
• Print or use for home, school, or self-learning
• Use on personal devices or cloud accounts

Not Allowed:

• Resale, redistribution, or public sharing
• Use in freelance or client projects
• Use in commercial or promotional material

b. Commercial Use License

Allowed:

• Use in business, commercial, freelance, or client work
• Use on websites, ads, apps, or videos with monetization
• Modify or adapt files for project needs (as long as not resold)

Not Allowed:

• Resell the original file as-is
• Offer the item as a free download elsewhere
• Use in products where the file itself is the main value (e.g., selling on another marketplace)

c. Extended Commercial License (Optional for Select Products)

Allowed:

• Everything in the Commercial License
• Use in unlimited end products (apps, templates, digital resale)
• Use without attribution (if stated)

Not Allowed:

• Sub-license or transfer ownership to others
• Use in trademarked designs without modification

3. Attribution Requirements

• Products labeled “Attribution Required” must credit the author (e.g., “Design by [Creator Name] via Mega Dukanam”)
• Products labeled “No Attribution Required” can be used without credit

Always check the product’s license note or included README/license file.

4. What You Can’t Do (All Licenses)

Regardless of license type, you CANNOT:

• Share or resell the file as-is
• Upload to file-sharing or torrent platforms
• Claim the file as your own original work
• Use in illegal, offensive, or trademark-violating projects
• Use AI-generated content to recreate/resell modified versions

Violating these terms may result in:

• Account termination

• Revocation of access to purchased items

All vendors must:

Sellers who fail to follow these guidelines may be removed from the platform.
