1. How do I place an order on Mega Dukanam?

Simply browse our store, add your desired digital products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. After payment is completed, you’ll receive instant access to your downloads.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayPal (for international users), and other secure payment options.

3. Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Once your payment is successful, a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email. You can also download it from your “My Account” > “Orders” section.

Downloads & Delivery

4. How do I download the product after purchase?

After a successful order, you’ll be redirected to a download page. A link will also be sent to your email. You can also access downloads anytime via My Account > Downloads.

5. Are my downloads available forever?

Yes, once purchased, you have lifetime access to your digital downloads (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

6. Can I download my products on multiple devices?

Yes, as long as it’s for your own use. You can access your files on multiple personal devices by logging into your Mega Dukanam account.
