Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

1. File Not Downloading or Corrupt
   • You received a broken or non-functioning file
   • You attempted to download, and it failed repeatedly
   • No access to the file even after purchase
2. Wrong Product Delivered
   • You purchased one item but received another due to a technical error
3. Duplicate Purchase
   • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once
4. Non-Receipt of Product
   • You did not receive the product link or access details within a reasonable time
5. Licensing Error
   • You were charged for the wrong license or access level

Non-Refundable Situations

To protect the integrity of digital goods, we do not issue refunds in these cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You do not have the required software or system to use the product
• You thought the product had different features but did not read the description
• You downloaded or accessed the product successfully
• You purchased by mistake but accessed the files

Cancellation Policy

As all products on Mega Dukanam are delivered instantly, cancellations are only possible if:

• The order is still marked as “pending” and no file has been delivered
• You contact us within 1 hour of purchase (before the product is accessed)

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

• Order ID
• Product Name
• Reason for Refund
• Any screenshots or file proof (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time

• Initial review: within 1–2 business days
• Approved refunds: processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method

Important Notes

• All refund decisions are made at the discretion of the Mega Dukanam support team
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests if abuse is suspected
• For recurring subscriptions (if any), you must cancel before the next billing cycle
